    • Why so much talk about mindfulness these days?

    • Mindfulness is best described by the moments when you feel more connected to yourself and your surroundings for a minute or two or longer. With practice, mindfulness may increase these feelings and moments of connectedness.

    • Learn how to bring elements of mindfulness into everyday work and family life.

CONFIDENTIALITY and REFERRALS: Because Tanya is a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon, your personal and private information is always protected by the strictest federal confidentiality laws, referred to as HIPAA laws. Please also know that Tanya is a mandated reporter, and so there are a few specific limitations to strict privacy, for instance, in the case of harm to self or others, specifically children, the disabled, or elderly community members. If this raises questions for you, don't hesitate to ask for help with finding the correct service provider(s).
